Channel Sales Manager

If so, we want you to join our team! Reporting to the Sr. Director, Wholesale Division, you will lead a team of Regional Account Executives, focusing on growing and supporting our B2B wholesale channel and partner network in Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide a team of Regional Account Executives, ensuring they achieve business goals and provide excellent support to our partners.
- Drive strategic initiatives to expand and strengthen our wholesale channel in Canada.
- Build, implement, and monitor processes and KPIs to track and improve sales performance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, creating value through effective communication and support.
- Manage forecasts and lead programs that align with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a Regional Account Executives and/or Business Development Consultants to successfully execute sales plans
- Enhance team performance through adherence to best practices and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Sales Order Desk to streamline processes related to forecasting, reporting, program performance, and analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing overall sales operations.
- Implement tactical sales strategies that align with divisional direction, partner programs, revenue, and sales targets, driving results in the B2B Wholesale channel and expanding market presence.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline and forecasting processes, ensuring timely product supply and alignment with the Senior Sales Director’s strategic guidance to meet revenue goals.
- Work closely with marketing and technical teams to organize partner events, training sessions, and exhibitions, ensuring consistent Canon branding and creating new opportunities for growth while optimizing cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to track individual and team progress, optimize quotas, and create Performance Development Plans that align with Canon’s corporate and business unit objectives.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- Post-Secondary education
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Channel/Partner Sales.
- Minimum 1 years of experience managing a sales team, with proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong time and project management abilities to prioritize effectively and drive operational success.
- Experience forecasting sales and/or leveraging CRM platforms like Salesforce to manage pipelines and optimize sales processes.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
- Experience in Office Equipment sales or related Industries is beneficial
