Program and Budget Associate Analyst – Hybrid

If you answered yes to both questions, our Program and Budget Associate Analyst position could be a great fit. You will report to our Senior Manager of Sales Operations and be responsible for conducting research, performing analytics, and making recommendations on sales, promotions, and budgets to support better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a series of promotions, sales, and budget analytics.
  • Gather and reconcile data for monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals, including corresponding journal entries.
  • Maintain promotional setups, budgets, payments, and chargebacks.
  • Research improvement recommendations to assist the team.
  • Compile ad hoc reports and assist with various ad hoc projects.

To Succeed, You Will Need:

  • Postsecondary education in Business Administration
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in corporate business administration
  • Intermediate analytical skills to analyze data, discover variances and reconcile differences.
  • Intermediate Technical Skills in MS Office, notably in Excel to create Pivot Tables, Vlookup, and If-Statements.
  • Intermediate Time Management and Multi-Tasking Skills to meet project and monthly goals.

The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate’s skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
  • Compensation Range $58,000-63,000 annually.
